ESD Magazine Rack

Simplex ESD magazine racks are designed to safely store, transport and handle electronic boards during electronic production and assembly processes.

The PCB width adjustment is simple and fast: the movable side wall slides on a rack system and is secured by a practical snap-lock clamp, ensuring precision and stability even when using PCB spacers and printed circuit board supports.

The side walls, made of 5 separate elements, reduce the risk of deformation compared to single-piece structures, improving product reliability and extending service life over time.

The bases of the ESD magazine racks can be manufactured in both plastic and metal versions, allowing adaptation to different production requirements and industrial environments. In addition, the racks are available in three different temperature ranges: 80°C, 120°C and 200°C, making them suitable for a wide variety of electronic manufacturing applications.
