SunEast Sunflow DS selective soldering systems

The SUNEAST Dual Pot Selective Soldering System is designed to deliver high efficiency, process stability, and superior soldering quality for advanced PCB assembly applications.
Process Configuration: Spray → Preheat → Solder
The machine is equipped with dual electromagnetic pumps, providing precise process control and outstanding operational stability, resulting in consistently high-quality solder joints.
The dual-pot system, featuring independent Z-axis movement, offers increased flexibility and productivity. High-precision soldering nozzles ensure reliable results even in complex applications while minimizing maintenance requirements.
The entire soldering process can be monitored in real time, making process control and optimization easier. During operation, the PCB is conveyed to the fluxing unit, where flux is selectively applied to the programmed locations. It then moves to the preheating unit, where the flux is activated at the required process temperature.
Soldering can be performed using either point or drag soldering, depending on production requirements. Nitrogen protection above the solder surface improves soldering quality and reduces dross formation. At the end of the process, the PCB is automatically transferred to the machine exit, completing the production cycle.
