Process Configuration: Spray → Preheat → Solder
The system produces a stable solder wave that ensures consistent solder joint quality for both through-hole (THT) and mixed-technology PCB assemblies. High-quality solder nozzles enable fast replacement and efficient process management, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Operating Process
During production, the PCB is automatically transported into the machine, accurately positioned, and securely clamped within the soldering area.
The process then follows three controlled stages:
- Selective flux application
- Top-side preheating to bring the PCB to the optimal soldering temperature
- Selective soldering, performed by the programmable solder nozzle according to the predefined process parameters
Once the soldering cycle is complete, the PCB is automatically released and conveyed to the next production stage.
