SunEast Sunflow 3 selective soldering machine

The SUNEAST SUNFLOW 3 is an inline selective soldering system designed for PCB assembly and high-reliability electronic manufacturing.

The system features a single solder pot and is configured with the following process layout:

Configuration: Spray – Preheat – Solder

Process

The PCB is conveyed to the fluxing unit, where flux is selectively applied to the programmed locations. It is then transferred to the preheating unit, where the flux is activated at the required process temperature.

The selective soldering system then performs either point soldering or drag soldering, depending on production requirements. Nitrogen protection above the solder surface improves soldering quality and effectively reduces dross formation.

At the end of the PCB assembly process, the board is automatically conveyed to the machine exit.
